About Coach Jake
Coach Jake was diagnosed w/ diabetes (t1d) @ age 5. From an early age, he learned how important eating nutritious food is to sustaining stable sugars + overall just being happy and healthy! His Mama trained him well! Hallelujah!

Coach Jake has NEVER let diabetes stop him from being adventurous, just as God designed him. Ask Coach Jake about his “Everest” hiking trip.
JOIN THE VISION FOR FREE
As a young man, God showed Jacob “Coach Jake” a vision of hands reaching out to him. He understood his calling: to help people overcome diabetes for a lifetime of healing with God.
Inspired by this vision to pursue a career in healing, Coach Jake began professional training @ the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in OKC, OK where he graduated in May 2014 w/ a B.S, Nutrition & Dietetics; later achieving credentials as a Dietitian/Nutritionist in July 2014 and as a Diabetes Specialist (CDCES) in Nov. 2017.
Coach Jake has served in various leadership capacities throughout his career as a diabetes specialist; directing, coordinating, and facilitating kids, teens, young adults, adults, and elders to improve their sugars and health through improved food choices, lifestyle changes, and via insulin pump therapy.

Coach Jake is a beloved child of the Most High God in Jesus’ name. You are too!
He has had numerous health challenges that have lead him to search for pain relief. A childhood-acquired virus, Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV), may be the link to it all, but truly, who knows? God. In God we trust.
He has his struggles, some days are harder than others, in fact, some days all he can dream about is an Epsom salt bath to soak in after work.
He is actively healing and growing stronger in the Lord, Jesus Christ, each day. Jacob’s LOVE for God does not waver. It takes discipline, focus, and faith that God delivers on His promise to heal all of our disease and sickness through His Word and His Son, Jesus Christ. They are one.
Coach Jake believes and receives this promise!
He extends his gratitude to God and to his lovely wife, Julia, for their collective help in restoring health to His body. Did you know, your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit?
